Privacy & KVKK

This notice is provided by Heliorithm as the data controller, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the GDPR where it applies.

1. What we collect

• Registration details: name, company, email, phone, country, city, your partnership note and how you heard about us.
• Account and license details: trial/license key, activation date, computer name and an anonymous machine ID.
• Contact form: your message and contact details.

2. Your chats and documents

OfficeCrew runs on your own server. Your chats, documents and files are not sent to us. If you use a cloud model with your own API key, your requests go directly to that provider; we never see them.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Creating your account and issuing trial and license keys (entering into and performing a contract).
• Answering your requests and discussing a partnership (legitimate interest).
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, legal obligation).

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is open and for the periods required by law. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete everything we are not legally required to keep.

5. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object, and to claim compensation for damage. Send requests to info@heliorithm.com.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for sign-in, security and your language choice. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
